Limited Lifetime Warranty – Falcon Skate Plates

Thank you for choosing our skating frames. We stand behind the quality and durability of our products and are pleased to offer this Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser of our Falcon Quad aluminum skating plates.

 

What Is Covered

This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship of the aluminum plate only for the lifetime of the product.

 

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover:

• Wear and tear from normal use
• Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accidents, or modifications
• Corrosion, rust, or surface blemishes
• Bearings, axles, mounting hardware, wheels, or any non-aluminum components
• Commercial or rental use
• Damage from improper installation or maintenance

Who Is Covered

This warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is non-transferable. A valid proof of purchase (receipt) from an authorized retailer is required for any warranty claim.

 

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team with:

• A detailed description of the issue
• Photos of the frame
• A copy of your original purchase receipt

Upon inspection and approval, we will repair or replace the defective aluminum frame at our discretion.

 

Limitations

This limited lifetime warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state or country to country. Under no circumstances shall the company be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of this product.
